Call for Sponsorship
ISMIR 2015 offers sponsorship opportunities at Gold, Silver and Bronze levels. Be sure to take this opportunity and become a proud sponsor of the conference, where you can showcase your company's latest products and development to an international crowd of MIR researchers/practitioners, and learn about the state-of-the-art research and technologies in MIR. Benefits of the sponsorships are listed next.
Gold level sponsorship (4000€ and above)
Large logo in all communication, on the web, conference banners, conference program, printed proceedings.
1 slot for a scientific poster.
3 complimentary full registrations.
3 items (flyer, CD, etc.) to be inserted in the conference bag.
Silver level sponsorship (2500€ –4000€)
Medium logo in all communication, on the web, conference banners, conference program, printed proceedings.
1 slot for a scientific poster.
1 complimentary full registrations.
1 items (flyer, CD, etc.) to be inserted in the conference bag.
Bronze level sponsorship (1500€ – 2500€)
Small logo in all communication, on the web, conference banners, conference program, printed proceedings.
1 slot for a scientific poster.
1 items (flyer, CD, etc.) to be inserted in the conference bag.
Other forms of sponsorships are also highly welcome, such as travel grant support for students, conference bags provisioning, support for reception and cultural activities, paper awards, etc.
Student scholarship fund (minimum 200€).
Student travel fund (minimum 200€).
Social events fund: reception, concerts, etc. (minimum 200€).
ISMIR awards fund: i.e. best paper, best student paper, best oral presentation, best poster presentation, best demo (minimum 200€).
A specific gift for one of the awards above (corresponding to a minimum of 200€).
Sponsoring the costs of some items from the conference bags: e.g. USB sticks, name tags, notepad, etc. (minimum 200€).
